Unlike with cPanel, with Hepsia you can keep 1 account in order to take care of all your sites, website files, e-mailbox accounts, databases, top-level domain names, invoices and customer support tickets, and to interpret your web site stats (while cPanel necessitates another account login for domain name and invoice administration procedures; at times even a third user account login is needed for the client support GUI!!!). The multi-functional, point and click File Manager included in Hepsia will perhaps make the recourse to any File Transfer Protocol software application futile. The CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions are the OS choices coming with the dedicated web servers.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting CP is a typical tool solely when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is included for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited site names in one single hosting account. This is feasible thanks to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager interface. The other web hosting Control Panel platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must have TWO different web hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/management choices. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting CP option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available Control Panel setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your top level domain names in one account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP interfaces do not offer such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and as a consequence they call for TWO autonomous logins: one domain name administration/billing/support user account and one website administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).
Operating System 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel supports Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP interfaces can operate solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
